Secretary Of State Permit testing

Items needed to take your permit test at Secretary of State:

  • Drivers license

  • Medical card - (From Michigan Urgent Care)

  • Social Security Card

  • Original Birth Certificate with raised seal

Make sure, when filling out the form, to check the three boxes: Group A, Non-excepted interstate, and Equipped with air brakes
